Prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD), including GST tax.
They are for exclusive and private hire of the whole property – i.e. the house (4 x bedrooms & 4 bathrooms) for up to 8 people.

Standard MINIMUM STAY is 2 NIGHTS (3 or 4 nights on public holiday long weekends). 

*Please note a surcharge and change in minimum stay requirements apply to public holiday long weekends and other peak season dates. 
*All rates shown are per night.
* Up to 4 extra beds are available at an additional cost.
* These rates are subject to increase and changes without notice.

ACCOMMODATION ONLY:

– Bonus 3rd night for free on weekends 
– i.e. stay 3 nights / pay 2 x weekend nights.   
– Choose to stay either from Friday to Monday  OR  Thursday to Sunday. 
– Not valid for public holiday long weekends or peak season.
– Total Cost is $2,800 incl GST for a 3 night weekend for up to 8 people –

ACCOMMODATION & WEDDING /EVENT
PACKAGE : –

• Our wedding package includes accommodation for the weekend for up to 8 people and venue hire to hold your wedding or event on the property, together with furniture and equipment and a whole lot of other extras. 
• The package cost depends on how many guests you will be hosting for your wedding or event. 
• Numbers :    Minimum  60 guests /  Maximum 300 guests 
• PACKAGE starts from:  $7,900 for 60 guests including GST.

• Cost is subject to increase 
• BENEFITS:
• *You have exclusive and private use of the whole property for the weekend.
• You can have smaller before & after wedding gatherings for family & close friends at no extra cost (up to a maximum of 30 guests). 
• You have full use of the ground floor function room (air conditioned & heated, with small kitchen),  the terrace and lawns, and all of our furniture, equipment and decorations etc. 
• The package works on a “Dry Hire” /DIY basis , which gives you the freedom and flexibility to be able to use your own suppliers
  (e.g. buy your own alcohol, use your own choice of caterers, celebrant, photographer, wedding planners and so on)  . 
• You can style , decorate and set up any way you wish. 

Please note:  No other fees apply. (e.g. credit card fee, service fee, setting up fee and so on). We don’t charge a cleaning fee, therefore we ask that you leave the house in a similar condition to how it is found on check in. If the house requires excessive cleaning after your stay we reserve the right to deduct a cleaning fee from your refundable damage bond .
